International Gourmet Festival
Whether you're a devout foodie, wine connoisseur, or just someone looking to discover a new restaurant, the International Gourmet Festival is sure to please your palate. Showcasing the best of Mexican gastronomy, the culinary experience includes 60 celebrity chefs and 30 restaurants from throughout Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.
How was this festival born?
This festival was born in 1995, when the renowned chefs Thierry Blouet and Heinz Reize wanted to create an event that would strengthen the gastronomy of the region, raising it to international standards and that will help promote the destination through its excellence at the tables.
Since then its format has remained almost intact, with the participation of several places and guest chefs from other regions of Mexico, but also from other countries such as France, Italy and Germany, who together with local chefs put together a menu to offer for several days to the thousands of people who attend the festival each year.
What can you find in this event?
The world of wine, tastings with Premium distillates, Gourmet workshops, Tasting area, VNG Liquid with the most avant-garde mixology, presence of Guest States that will show all their gastronomic and tourist offer and the Nebulosa Project Pop up that will replicate the Jalisco forest at the event venue.

Sustainability will have a leading role with the main world organizations talking about vital issues for the planet: the seas, the mountains, livestock, the biocultural landscape, deforestation... and of course sustainable gastronomy.
The Great Gourmet Village
Kicking off the event is a world-class party, Grand Gourmet Village, where both guests and local chefs contribute their culinary expertise, along with live music and the official opening ceremony for the entire festival.
Beverages such as wine, champagne, beer and tequila will also be served by the grand opening sponsors, making this experience one of the most fabulous events of the year.
Garden Flavors
Among the list of Mexican events that will take place during the International Gourmet Festival is a philanthropic event in support of the Puerto Vallarta Botanical Garden. The evening will feature 15 chefs from Mexico's Club Vatel who will come together to bring guests a delicious dinner with a cause.

The great wine festival
With the presentation of 30 Mexican wineries and wineries from various countries, 8 local restaurants, personalized tastings, themed experiences and a great atmosphere with shows to liven up the party.
From 3 in the afternoon and until 9 at night you can enjoy with your entrance bracelet, the tasting of the wine labels of the participating wineries, while the restaurants will offer their delicious dishes and sandwiches at an additional cost.
Brewmasters Craft Beer Festival
5th Puerto Vallarta Craft Beer Festival with more than 50 varieties and styles presented by 15 participating breweries from Puerto Vallarta and other cities in the country, accompanied by live music, exquisite food and many activities to learn more about the beer culture.
